No, Harvey is the new tour de force in my home state of Texas.
In Austin, where I live, we are only seeing peripheral proof that the storm exists.
But the folks south of here are experiencing the full-blown power of the hurricane.

This is so tough to watch on television because it other than contributing money there’s not much the rest of us can do. And it doesn’t seem like the rain is going to stop anytime soon
